What exactly gets tested?
A set of real customer questions, built for your business. After you order, a short intake form captures your services, locations and priority offerings, and analysts adjust a question set from your industry's question bank: 15 questions in the Standard tier, 25 in Benchmark, 40 in Roadmap, in English and the same count again in Arabic, because GCC buyers ask in both and the answers differ between languages. Every question runs on all four major platforms. The point is measuring your AI visibility as it stands, not as your marketing assumes.
Benchmark and Roadmap tiers run the same questions against your competitors too, so you see exactly where they win and why. The Standard tier covers your brand alone; Benchmark and Roadmap benchmark you against three and five competitors respectively.
What do you receive at the end?
A written report in plain language, not a dashboard login. It shows how each platform describes your brand with a screenshot of every answer, your Brand Mention Rate as one trackable score, and a ranked list of what to fix first. Benchmark adds competitor comparison and tone scoring of every mention. Roadmap adds the built assets: an llms.txt file ready to upload, schema markup for up to three pages, five content briefs, and a 30-day retest of your top ten questions.
Every finding ties to evidence you can see. You do not have to take our word for any finding; every one is backed by a screenshot.
How is this different from an SEO audit?
An SEO audit examines how your site ranks in search results: crawlability, keywords, backlinks, page speed. An AI Visibility Audit measures what AI engines actually say when your buyers ask them for recommendations, which draws on sources, fact consistency and answer-ready content as much as rankings. The two rely on similar groundwork but measure different outcomes. Many businesses with healthy SEO audits discover they are absent from AI answers entirely.
How do you prepare for one?
Preparation is minimal: the intake form takes a few minutes and covers your services, locations, up to five competitors you care about, and any priority questions you already know your customers ask. You can request up to five question substitutions before testing begins. The clock starts when the completed form arrives: 72 hours for Standard, five business days for Benchmark, seven for Roadmap.
The one genuinely useful preparation is deciding what you will do with the findings, because every audit ends with a ranked action list, and the businesses that gain the most treat it as a work order rather than a reading assignment. If several stakeholders will act on the report, share the intake form with them before submitting; better questions in produce a sharper fix list out. Pricing starts at AED 500 in the packages overview.
